final fantasy is the same as playing final nazi fantasy seriously what did that slime monster ever do to the main characters. not a da** thing.
persona you reach out and talk to those monsters get to know them. learn what makes them tick.
when did tidus ever do that?
when did cloud ever do that?
when did bartz/butz ever do that?
when did cecil and his paladan buddy ever do that?
terra? she was the closest as she found out she was a self hater near the end and flew away leaving her team to die.
nakajima aneki created the demon device to communicate to the devils and get to know them.
F*** you square and your series of nazi like games.

No, Final Fantasy did not have first person dungeon crawling. And it is a better game because of it. Don't care if it is not a game as much as it is a series, I play them all at once as I am a Super Saiyan level 8.
I like how you compare John Fantasy's game to Hitler's friends. No, really, I do. Hitler had some things right. One of the things was that if a giant ****ing snake got all up in his business he would shoot it in the face instead of asking what his favorite food was (SPOILER ALERT: IT'S YOU AND YOUR JIGGLY FRIENDS). Granted, he would later blame it on the Jews, but he also had anti-smoking laws.

Quite nice for a trollish suggestion that adds nothing to the topic.

No, it is a stupid comparison in pretty much every way. If you think Half-Life is obscure, then you don't look at games much. Half-Life is pretty much a PC game even though it appears on consoles. Considering people voted Gordan Freeman the #1 game hero on Gamespot character battle thing I think he is well known.
You hear about Halo more than Half-Life because Half-Life doesn't have a couple of games out a year and a ton of other various media. Halo is also easier to play. So it has more of a mass appeal than Half-Life, which most people probably know for single player.
